The Wheels of the Bus (Shota)

It was warm and sunny inside the bus, and the hum of the engine was lulling her to sleep. They had been on a long field trip with Aizawa's notorious batch of students from 1-A, and were now headed back to campus. Elly was on the verge of dropping off for a quick nap when she felt a slow, heavy weight press onto her leg. She glanced over at the pro hero beside her only to realize he wasn't upright in his seat anymore. He had slumped over, then fallen onto her lap on his side, a mass of black hair and cloth. She could feel the hard outline of the goggles he wore underneath his capture scarves as he snored very softly.

He was a very muscular man and therefore heavy, but she didn't feel crushed but his weight. It was solidly comforting, oddly causing her to grow more drowsy herself. She sighed and looked more closely at him. The dark circles under his eyes were heavily pronounced, the one side more so due to the crescent moon-shaped scar underneath. His ever present stubble was at least half a week's worth on his chin and upper lip.

She felt an overwhelming urge to stroke his raven-black hair and only managed to hold back by clutching the padded seat really hard. The slight noise this made, however, attracted the attention of his class behind them and she was suddenly  staring into a crowd of astonished eyes.

"Uh oh," she muttered, her ears laying back as the questions began flying.

"Do you like Mr. Aizawa?!"

"I think it's obvious she does."

"Aww, that's so cute!"

"He'll sleep anywhere."

"Really? Then how come we never saw him do that with another teacher?"

Elly waved a hand at them and held a finger to her lips. "<i>Please</i> don't wake him. I've no idea what I would say."

"You could help put me back to sleep," the dry voice floating up from her lap suggested.

She stiffened, then sighed, rubbing a hand over her eyes. The students were quiet, fearing the wrath of their scruffy homeroom teacher, but he stayed right where he was. "Sorry, Aizawa. I warned them."

He said nothing at first, just stared up at her with those disconcerting eyes of his. Then he shrugged. "It's a long ride."

Elly wondered why he didn't move. "Yes. Yes, it is."

He yawned and reached up, pulling her arm around him. "All right. Wake me when we arrive."

She squeaked faintly in surprise, her ears flicking upright.
