WELCOME, [unknown]!

Welcome to the SCP Foundation.

The Foundation is responsible for locating and containing individuals, entities, locations, and objects that violate natural law.

Our motto is our mission (and our acronym):

Secure
Contain
Protect

[INFORMATION REQUEST: personnel]

[CLEARANCE GRANTED]

Members that work for the Organization are classified in alpha (and numeric) ranks. Classifications are assigned to personnel based on their proximity to potentially dangerous anomalous objects, entities, or phenomena.

Class A

Class A personnel are those deemed extremely important to all Foundation operations and projects, and are not allowed to interact with anomalies for any reason.

Class B

Class B Personnel are those deemed essential to local Foundation operations, and can only access anomalies after large amounts of preparation to prevent death.

Class C

Class C personnel are personnel with direct access to most anomalies that are not seen as hostile/dangerous.

Class D

Class D personnel are personnel that are used to handle dangerous anomalies, and cannot come into contact with Class A or Class B personnel. They are drawn from either prisons or from death row. In an emergency, D-Class personnel may be obtained from other sources, such as political prisoners, refugees or
civillians.

Class E

Class E personnel are those who have been exposed and affected by an unknown anomalous effect. Class E Personnel are quarantined as soon as possible, and can only return to work when fully cleared of anomalous effects.

Class 0

Class 0 personnel are those deemed extremely important to Foundation operations and projects, and are allowed to interact with anomalies for the express reason that their anomalous nature has proven they can survive such situations.

They have either been exposed to effect(s) similar to Class E or are SCPs themselves that work for the Foundation. Such personnel are to behave and appear as ordinary humans when interacting with others [see: CLASSIFIED]. If they display any anomalies publicly they are to be quarantined as soon as possible, and can only return to work if all witnesses have been contained, suppressed and/or amnestisized.

Class 0 Personnel

Yamada, Hizashi
0 - SCRM5
Male, 31 years of age, human
Anomaly acquired at birth: extreme Voice (weaponized sound). Is able to control skill. Skill has benevolent effects as well as harmful, as shown in test [CLASSIFIED].
It is conjecture that his mother was akin to SCP-327 but this has not been verified. Subject was living in [REDACTED] when found by personnel and brought to the Foundation.

File Notes: 0 - SCRM5 works willingly with 0 - MADD1 and has shown affection towards subject. 0 - MADD1 is to be paired exclusively with 0 - SCRM5 for support and containment.

Cheshire
0 - MADD1
SCP [CLASSIFIED]
To be addressed as: Sketchit, Elly
Female, unknown years of age, appears to match Yamada's age (approx. ~ 30 y/o) for personal reasons. Subject is part Cheshire Cat [see: Carroll, Lewis - Alice in Wonderland, SCP Files: Hare 023 (father)] and part Nekomata [see: SCP Japanese Mythology p. 3, sec. Y: yokai (demons)] mother unknown.
Skills include (but are not limited to) invisibility, form changing and (most importantly for field work) the ability to function in extreme environments/situations that would drive humans insane.

WARNING: if 0 - MADD1 becomes unstable, no methods have proven sufficient for containment. [CLASSIFIED] have been shown to slow subject down, but this causes great aggravation and can cause an Event such as [CLASSIFIED].

Subject will, however, respond to 0 - SCRM5 when unresponsive to any other stimuli.

File Notes: 0 - MADD1 is to be paired exclusively with 0 - SCRM5 for support and containment. Subject is infinitely more calm given perceived freedom. 0 - MADD1 being able to work outside is a bonus to the Foundation as well as one of the only ways to keep the subject secure, if not 100% contained.
